I bought this thinking it was better than the free app. The lock feature is not that good and I have bumped my phone while running and messed up the training. I would not recommend this app.

This is great. You can skip forward if youre progressing well or go session by session. Well paced to prevent over use injuries. I love it!!
Im a yogi and a swimmer but have always been a terrible runner. This app builds you up slowly so you feel CONFIDENT and READY for each new increment.
I love this app! I run after I take classes at the gym and through interval training(this app) I lost 20lbs in a month! Its also neat that you can pick the different "trainers."

It got me ready for my first race last year. Great pace, you can run your own music app in the background and still hear run/walk queues from the assistant.
At 39 years old I considered myself in ok shape but also got winded easily from running or jogging. I could go more than 30 seconds without having to stop to catch my breath. After witnessing my wifes progress from using this app I decided to try it. The slow progression works well to train you without getting frustrated. I recently ran my second 5k and have only been running for 5 months. Ive also lost weight and have more energy than ever before! $1.99 well spent!

I absolutely love this app! I tend to get severe shin splints when I run but Couch to 5K has eased me into running in a way that has prevented me from overworking my legs to the point of debilitating shin splints. I will be running my first 5K in a few weeks and its because I followed through this apps regimen and signed up for a local run that it suggested. I highly recommend this app!
What is the point of this app if it doesnt interrupt your music to let you know when to jog or walk. I ended up having to watch my phone the entire time - so I may as well use a stop watch.
I was using the ZenLabs app and was constantly annoyed by it. This is a clean app and the GPS feature is awesome. Love it.
Being able to listen to music and have an automated timer prompt to me is the best of both worlds Love it!
