To start, Im not a runner. In fact I normally hate running. However I love this app. I just finished week 1. It was great. It starts off with a minimal amount of jogging mixed with a majority of the time walking. Each week it incorporates just a little more jogging until you can hopefully jog the entire time and complete a 5K. Ive already started seeing improvement. Little by little each day, my distance traveled increases just a little bit. I started at 3.2K in 30 minutes and now Im at 3.6K at the end of week 1. My heart rate is in the "fat burning" zone and I love that Im not exhausted after these runs. I can confidently recommend this app for a beginner. Cant wait to promote to the next level. 8 more weeks to go.
